Stracta-South Iceland

As a native Icelander I can still get shocked how beautiful it is. This time it was The South that I had not visited for a while as I was invited to check out the new Stracta Hotel in Hella a tiny town in southern Iceland on the shores of the river Ytri-Rangá. If you are driving the popular South Circle with attractions such as Seljalandsfoss, Vík, Jökulsárlón the hotel is at a convenient distance from all of these.

The magnificent Seljalandsfoss is a must see and only an half an hours drive from the hotel.

The hotel has a spa area with steam baths and hot tubs in barrels, very country-side chic.
